Choosing an Impartial Jury

Using the American Bar Association’s Goldilocks Mock Trial or a copy of the story of Goldilocks, students participate in a simulated voir dire or jury selection.  Includes variations for younger and older students.

Objectives

    • Students will gain understanding of the challenges of choosing an impartial jury.
    • Students will learn about the jury selection process.
