In Court Quest students help citizens seeking justice from courts in the United States. Citizens appear on a map of judicial circuits.  Students listen to their stories, and decide which court they should go to.

Objectives

  • Students will learn the difference between State and Federal Courts.
  • Students will learn the difference between lower and appellate Courts.
  • Students will apply knowledge of the Court system to scenarios.
  • Students will learn about the judicial circuits in the United States.
