Street Law, Inc.and the Supreme Court Historical Society present a full range of resources and activities to support the teaching of landmark Supreme Court cases. Case studies are provided in three reading levels and include student activities. The Legal Concepts section aligns landmark cases with the concepts of federalism, separation of powers and checks and balances, national supremacy, necessary and proper clause, judicial review, commerce clause, due process, equal protection, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, self incrimination, search and seizure, right to privacy, right to counsel.
