From Pear Deck

Pear deck is an Internet-based tool that allows teachers to efficiently understand individual students’ progress in the classroom. Teachers can create and manage Pear Deck presentations from their Google Drive, and invite their Google Classroom classes directly to a launched session.

Pear Deck helps teachers ask open-ended questions and monitor the responses of each individual student, as well as anonymously display aggregate answers. This provides the opportunity to learn from other answers, notice patterns, identify mistakes, and discuss each other’s ideas.

Pear Deck is set up for formative assessment and Inquiry-Based Learning. Use the Quick Response option to involve every student in a Continuum activity, without needing a lot of physical space.
