Activity: Students consider state voting laws (North Carolina, Texas, North Dakota, Ohio) that limit registration, voting times, or voter identification. They examine the law, the purpose for the law, and the challenge to the law. Then, students answer the question: If you were on a court that was asked to review this law, how would you analyze it? Would you uphold or strike down the law?
