Mini-Mock Trial: State v. Anderson

In this mock trial, students role play people in the courtroom as they hear a case involving a driver charged with violating a law that requires drivers to move over when they encounter emergency vehicles with their emergency lights activated. Case involves interpretation of a “a lane away” law and is based on a Minnesota statute.
