Idea #42: “How do we distinguish good journalism from propaganda or just shoddy reporting?” A handy graphic organizer helps students apply the acronym IMVAIN to an article to determine whether the sources are: Independent, Multiple, Verifiable, Authoritative, Informed and Named.
