The Importance of What is Not Said in the Constitution

After reviewing the organization of the U.S. Constitution, students fill out an anticipation guide. They are given statements and they need to anticipate whether or not those statements are in the Constitution. After completing all statements, students delve into the Constitution to find the actual answer and record a validation of their answer.
