Students take part in a series of short plays illustrating the lack of various rights during the American Revolutionary War period and then identify those rights in the Bill of Rights.

4th Amendment - search and seizure; 3rd Amendment – quartering soldiers; 1st Amendment – public assembly; 6th and 7th Amendments – trial by jury
